I'm a self-motivated IT professional with a solid foundation in computer systems, networking, and software development. My academic background includes CompTIA A+ and Network+ modules, and while financial exclusion prevented me from completing my degree in Bachelor of Computer Information Systems, I have gained practical experience in technical support and troubleshooting. I’ve committed myself to continuous learning and skills development through industry-recognized platforms.

I completed an entry-level program of Cisco Network Technician and Junior Cybersecurity Analyst, with hands-on experience in networking, device configuration, and cybersecurity concepts.

My journey in IT began with a passion for technology and problem-solving, which led me to explore various aspects of the field. I have worked in technical support roles, where I honed my skills in system maintenance, user support, and troubleshooting. My experience includes configuring and managing network devices, providing technical assistance to users, and ensuring system reliability.

I'm currently expanding my skills in cybersecurity with CompTIA Security+ (Udemy) and strengthening my programming foundations through JavaScript Essentials 2 and Python Essentials 1 with Cisco Networking Academy.

My goal is to transition into a Cybersecurity Analyst role, leveraging my technical background, problem-solving mindset, and continuous learning approach to help organizations protect their systems and data.
